Before Installation

When conducting installs, you will come across 2 types of customers:

• Diamond customers who have already paid for the installation with their license. In this case you will be paid by the management team.

• Customers who purchase this service separately via the #initial-setup channel. In this case, the customer must pay you directly via PayPal.

Diamond Customers

Before beginning the installation, you will need to send the customer a checklist to fill out. This checklist contains information that will be required when you conduct the installation.

For diamond customers, you must wait until the management team gives the diamond role to the customer. Once this role has been given and you can confirm that the customer holds this license, you can send them the checklist using the support bot command !installchecklist.

Regular Customers

You must be paid before beginning the installation. If you don’t respect this and don’t get paid, it’s your responsibility.

To be paid, just send your PayPal email address to the customer. You can't force the customer to pay you as friends. We are a professional service and if the customer decides to pay you in good and service it is their right.

After payment is received, send the form to the client with the support bot command !installchecklist.
