Training Department

Our head of installations, Krypton75#2593, conducts training for the installation service. You will require this training before conducting any installations on your own.

Once training has been completed, and you have proven your knowledge of the product and the ability to properly install the AC, you will be accredited with the Installation Specialist role and will be able to organize and conduct installations on your own. Staff members looking to be promoted to Tier II will also need to complete this training.

To organize training, please contact Krypton75#2593 to schedule a time, and feel free to send him any questions you may have. Until your training is conducted, we highly suggest that you go over the documentation and practice installing on your own server if able.
